The 26 metre motor yacht Max & Ale has been listed for sale by Fipa France.
Designed by Roberto Del Re, Max & Ale was built in GRP to RINA class by Italian yard Maiora and delivered in 1997 as a raised pilothouse model. An interior in feathered mahogany accommodates up to 10 guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite and port and starboard twin cabins, all with entertainment centres, Sony television screens and en-suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are two cabins for four crew on this yacht for sale.
Remarkably for a vessel of this age, she has had only one owner since delivery and has also had the same captain for last 13 years. The expansive open-plan main saloon has two large settees upholstered in leather, coffee tables, a bar with icemaker and an entertainment centre including a Bang & Olufsen plasma television screen and a stereo surround sound system. Forward is a formal dining area with room for eight guests to be seated around a glass-topped table.
The aft deck is well suited for alfresco entertaining and dining, offering built-in upholstered furniture and rattan armchairs grouped at an oval varnished table and a privacy awning for use when in port. Up on the flybridge is a U-shaped upholstered seating area, sun pads and a Bimini top for shelter against the sun.
Twin 1,800hp MTU diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 26 knots topping out at 30 knots.
Lying in the Viarregio yard of Maiora, Max & Ale is asking €1,150,000 with VAT paid.
