Built in GRP by Italian yard Overmarine to a design by Stefano Righini, Cosmos I was delivered in 2004 as a Mangusta 108 model and most recently refitted in 2018. The saloon has wenge wood flooring and dark satin finished joinery with large settees to port and starboard, a bar, fridge and an entertainment centre including a 55-inch Samsung television screen on a rise and fall mechanism. A special feature is a retractable sun roof, enabling the entire saloon to be flooded with daylight.
Forward is a dining area with seating for eight guests and storage for the yacht’s china and silverware. Further forward still is a galley in stainless steel offering a dinette seating six guests for casual snacks.
The large aft deck has a table seating eight guests for al fresco cocktails and dining, while aft is a lounging area. More relaxation in the sun is offered on the foredeck, hosting three large sun pads with optional shade from a folding Bimini awning. Her top speed is 38 knots and her power comes from two 2,750hp MTU 12V4000M90 diesel engines.
