A call to Fernando Nicholson at Camper & Nicholsons brings confirmation of his new central listing, the 24.38m Mangusta motor yacht Rosso.

Built by Overmarine in 2002, she's a one-owner yacht, meticulously maintained with a full-time crew who make sure everything is in perfect condition, including a new paint job in 2010. She's equipped with twin 2000hp MTU engines that propel her to thrilling top speeds of up to 45 knots.

She has great areas for socializing and relaxing with sun pads in the front and rear areas. The best audio and video equipment is installed in all of the staterooms and in all outside areas as well. This superyacht has a super home theatre room with the finest audio/visual equipment including a large plasma screen that can be hidden when not in use and electronically raised and lowered. All the window shades in the living area are also controlled electronically_._

Accommodation is for up to nine guests in a master, VIP and two twin cabins plus a Pullman berth and the asking price is $1.85 million.
