Raymond Young at RJC Yachts tells me he's closed on the sale of the 24.38m motor yacht Crescendo with McKinna Yachts representing the buyer.

Crescendo was built by Ocean Alexander in composite to a design by Ed Monk and launched in 2008. A spacious interior layout by Fujita includes a full beam main saloon and master suite on the main deck with high gloss Sakura Japanese cherry wood joinery and granite counter tops throughout. Below decks there is a forward VIP stateroom and midship twin cabin. All staterooms have en suite bathrooms.

The flybridge is accessed from either the aft deck or forward deck companionway and has a full helm station, a large settee, grill, wet bar and Jacuzzi with ample room for entertaining. Crescendo is fuel efficient and handles well for her size, powered by twin MTU 1,500hp engines giving her a cruising speed of 20 knots and a maximum speed of 24 knots.

Crescendo was asking $2,495,000.
