And now for the fourth sale I've reported in 24 hours as a call to John Cohen at Merle Wood & Associates confirms the sale of the 40.23m motor yacht* Life's Finest II*, with the buyer introduced by Peter Vazquez of Island Times Ventures.

John goes on to say this yacht was signed for sale just before the Fort Lauderdale show, was seen by the buyer at the show and now, a month later, the deal is done.

Life's Finest II was built in 1995 by Northcoast Yachts to a Jack Sarin design and previously known as Countach and Aquasition. Her Robin Rose interior sleeps 10 guests in a master, three doubles and a twin and she has all the extras you’d expect including, of course, an on-deck Jacuzzi.

Life's Finest II was asking $6.2 million.
