Moonen Yachts has announced the sale of the seventh hull in its Martinique series, the 37.4-metre Moonen 122 Martinique YN205. The deal was completed with Matthew Stone and Richard Gray of IYC, both of whom also serve as Moonen Yachts’ global representatives.
The in-build project was acquired by an experienced American yachtsman, drawn to the model’s open-plan layout and strong connection between indoor and outdoor living. The sale marks the second in-house deal since Moonen appointed IYC as its global sales partner.
The steel and aluminium yacht features exterior styling by René van der Velden and naval architecture by Diana Yacht Design. Her interiors are from Hollander Yacht Design and reflect the Dutch yard’s focus on craftsmanship and personalisation. According to the yard, the client has requested several bespoke elements, including a Jacuzzi.

Moonen stood above the rest for this client, providing everything they were looking for in terms of quality, comfort and safety," said Matthew Stone, managing partner California and sales consultant, Moonen Yachts Global Representative.
He continued: "The flexibility of the shipyard was truly what got this deal across the finish line; this vessel was scheduled for delivery in four weeks, and we have now postponed that due to the client's desire for customisation options, which is a true testament to Moonen's client-centric approach.”
Richard Gray, head of sales UK, added: “This milestone reflects our shared commitment to our Global Sales Representation of the shipyard and we look forward to supporting the team in more future sales to come."
With a volume of 345GT, the Moonen 122 Martinique will offer a top speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 14.5 knots, powered by twin Caterpillar engines.
Delivery is expected later this year, after which she will depart the Netherlands for her homeport on the East Coast of the United States.
