Todd Rittenhouse at Ardell tells me he's taken over the central listing of the 25m GRP motor yacht Lady O.
Built in 1998 by Northcoast Yachts, this Jack Sarin-designed yacht was extensively refitted in 2007 and has been meticulously maintained. Her refit included a major electronics upgrade and selected mechanical upgrades, while her interior was refurbished with new fixtures, fittings, custom furniture, cherrywood joinery and all-new galley appliances.
Well laid-out, Lady O accommodates eight guests in four cabins, and has crew quarters for two, although with walk-around decks and bow and stern thrusters, she can be owner-operated with ease. Twin MAN 1,200hp engines give her a top speed of 24 knots and cruising speed of 18.
Currently lying in California, Lady O is asking $1,950,000.
