Welcome news arrives of another sale as David Frazer at Yacht Xchange sends word that he represented the buyer and International Yacht Collection the seller in last Friday's sale of the 37.4m motor yacht Sea Owl.

Built by Delta Marine in 1999 and professionally managed, she has been impeccably maintained and extensively updated.

The interior features a classic design by Claudette Bonville with updates overseen by Patrick Knowles and highlights include American cherry joinery and a spectacular stonework package by Jeff Homchick. Eight to 10 guests are accommodated in a full beam master suite, main deck VIP and two queen berth staterooms. Adding to her flexibility is a convertible skylounge that doubles as a fifth stateroom, complete with full size bath and separate shower.

Sea Owl was asking $8.95 million.
