A new build 55 metre motor yacht has been listed for sale by Jeremy Comport and Fernando Nicholson at Camper & Nicholsons.
Her steel hull and aluminium superstructure, built to Lloyds class, are already complete at Italian builder Baglietto, meaning that she can be delivered as early as 2018, minimizing the wait. Designed by Francesco Paszkowski and currently dubbed Project #10225, her interior is open to a new owner’s interpretation.
However, she is currently configured with accommodation for 11 guests in five generous cabins, all on the main deck to maximize the amount of natural light coming in. A particular feature is the split level master suite forward that has a stairway to a private spa pool below deck. All cabins will have entertainment centres, LED television screens and en suite bathroom facilities.
Based on the yard’s successful 53 metre series, the main saloon, dining area and upper saloon are envisaged as having a warm décor along with elegant furniture and designer materials throughout to satisfy even the most demanding owner.
Francesco Paszkowski has emphasised the yacht’s outdoor living spaces by designing an impressive164 square meter sun deck offering a Jacuzzi spa tub, sheltered dining table, bar and ample seating and lounging areas.
Major features on this yacht for sale include an elevator running through all three decks, glass balustrades around the exterior decks, a large garage and a beach club.
Twin 2,700hp Caterpillar engines will give her a range of 4,500 nautical miles and she will be fitted with zero speed stabilizers.
Available to view at the yard, Project #10225 is asking €38,500,000.
