The 59 metre new build motor yacht Project Y102 has been listed for sale by Juan Andrade at Peter Insull’s Yacht Marketing.
Construction in steel and aluminium is currently well advanced at Spain’s Metalships yard to a design by Acubens with an interior by Marcelo Pena, and she is due for delivery in 2016. MCA compliant, accommodation is for up to 12 guests in six cabins consisting of a main deck master suite, an upper deck VIP suite, two doubles and two twins, all with en suite bathroom facilities. In addition there are quarters for up to 16 crew in 12 cabins.
A large saloon has elegant décor with a comfortable lounge area offering ample seating and an entertainment centre while forward is a formal dining room. Outdoor entertainment is well taken care of with sheltered al fresco dining available on both the main and upper decks while the large sun deck comes with a Jacuzzi and sun pads forward, and a helipad aft.
Other notable features on this yacht for sale include a sauna, massage room, gym equipment, a cinema and an elevator to all decks. Twin Caterpillar 2,682hp diesel engines will give her a range of 5,000 nautical miles at 12 knots.
Available to view at the yard, Project Y102 is asking €31.9 million and two tenders, one stored in the garage and one on the foredeck, are included in the price.
