Heesen's 50-metre semi-displacement motor yacht Alp, delivered in June 2024, has joined the brokerage market with Jim Evans of SuperYachtsMonaco. She will be on display at the upcoming Monaco Yacht Show.

Alp was constructed within the Dutch yard's 5000 Aluminium series, host to "crisp design features" from Omega Architects and a contemporary, cosy interior by Cristiano Gatto. Notably, she is the first in Heesen’s sub-500GT fast-cruising class to meet IMO Tier-III emission regulations.

Alp is asking €41,500,000

A volume of 499GT and 380 square metres of living space on board is host to several lounging and dining areas, each finished with natural materials such as leather, marble and stainless steel, and bathed in natural light. An open-plan main saloon with a bar, lounge and dining area is located on the main deck, while above, there is a skylounge with a bar and sliding doors opening out to an al fresco dining area.

Gatto is said to have taken inspiration for Alp's interiors from the ocean, with even the yacht's name itself a reference to nature's very own stone.

Accommodation is for up to 12 guests across five cabins, including a full-beam owner's suite forward on the main deck, with a private study and a spacious en suite. Meanwhile, there are five further cabins for a crew of nine.

Heading outside, exterior spaces on board the yacht for sale comprise elevated sunpads and a bar overlooking the stern on the main deck, plus an al fresco dining area on the bridge deck.

Up top, the sundeck is fitted with a Jacuzzi, bar, sunpads and shaded seating, while for those seeking something closer to the water, a full-height beach club opens directly onto the sea for swimming or water sports. Notably, Alp is sold as a package with a Solaris Power 44' open tender.

Power is from twin MTU 16V 4000 M65L engines, boasting a top speed of 23 knots and a cruising range of 3,100 nautical miles at 11 knots.

Alp also features an optimised low-drag hull with a reduced transom depth to enhance fuel efficiency and comfort in rough water, as well as ensuring easy access to shallow bays. Key specs include a beam of nine metres and a 2.2-metre draught.

Alp is asking €41,500,000, currently lying in Ventimiglia, Italy.
