A new joint central agency has been announced on the 45.7-metre Palmer Johnson motor yacht Equity, now listed for sale with James Lloyd of Edmiston and Pierre Vezilier of IYC.
Built in the United States of America by Palmer Johnson and delivered in 2008, Equity is presented in excellent condition after being continuously maintained through ongoing yard work and upgrades since her launch. Both her exteriors and interiors were designed by Nuvolari & Lenard. Her most recent refit was in 2025, where she received various repairs and services.
On board, the main saloon welcomes guests with cream furnishings and dark wood flooring, creating a timeless aesthetic. The space is arranged with two sofas and a large coffee table, offering a comfortable setting for relaxation and socialising.
A formal dining table for eight is positioned forward, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that invite in abundant natural light and provide sweeping panoramic views.
Accommodation on board sleeps up to 12 guests across five cabins, including a full-beam, main deck master cabin, two doubles and two twins, all equipped with en suite facilities.
The master suite features contemporary interiors, private deck access and modern touches such as integrated LED lighting.
Through the double doors, the main deck offers a versatile space for both dining and lounging in the sun. An alfresco dining option is shaded by the sundeck above, featuring a round table with a lazy susan, which seats seven on cushioned chairs. Aft, there is a large built-in sofa and coffee tables, and then furthest aft, a row of sun pads, unshaded for maximum sun.
Moving up to the sundeck, guests are welcomed by a spacious, sociable area designed for outdoor living. A round dining table seats ten in comfortable deck chairs, making it ideal for al fresco dining with uninterrupted views. There is also a shaded section of the deck which is arranged with sofas and coffee tables, providing a relaxed setting for lounging.
The foredeck features a private sun pad area with uninterrupted views off the front of the boat. In terms of tenders and toys, Equity is equipped with a Williams diesel jet, a jet ski, two seabobs, a wakeboard and a waterski to keep restless guests entertained.
