Jeff Stanley of Gilman Yachts in Fort Lauderdale contacts me to say that he’s offering a 31.39m Johnson 103 for sale. Built in 2008 and delivered in 2009, her owner unfortunately died during construction and his estate is selling the boat in as-new condition and unnamed. She has two full masters, one on deck which is a two-level suite, a VIP and a twin stateroom. Crew accommodation is for up to five in three cabins and she has never been slept in nor has her galley been used. The replacement cost is approximately $7.2 million with an 18 to 20 month build time, but Jeff is offering her at only $4.95 million.
