A new central agency has been announced on the 73.5-metre Nobiskrug motor yacht Dytan, now listed for sale with Rupert Nelson and Thibault Roi of Burgess.
Designed inside and out by Reymond Langton Design, she was built in steel and aluminium by the German yard to Germanischer Lloyd's class and MCA-coded, with delivery in 2012 and her most recent refit in 2019.
The main saloon showcases a pale wood interior, creating a clean, contemporary space that serves as the heart of life on board. Two distinct sofa areas, each paired with coffee tables, complement a dining table positioned to maintain separation from the lounging zones, offering a flexible living space adaptable to any hosting occasion. Framed by floor-to-ceiling windows, the saloon embraces an indoor-outdoor aesthetic, with abundant natural light highlighting the interiors.
She offers accommodation for 12 guests across six en suite cabins, including a full-beam master suite with an exclusive folding terrace that offers 180-degree sea views at main deck level, a VIP guest suite opening onto the bridge deck and four guest cabins that provide flexible sleeping arrangements for guests, friends and family.
Extensive and varied outdoor spaces allow guests to enjoy life on deck. An al fresco dining table for 10 guests is available on the main deck aft under the overhang for all-weather use. Meanwhile, a sunpad area sits aft, encouraging lazing in the sun after a long lunch.
Up top, the sundeck features a generously sized spa pool as well as various inviting areas for al fresco dining and entertaining. A highlight on board is the outdoor cinema set up for cosy nights in.
Dytan incorporates a host of amenities, including a beach club with a large swim platform, a gym on the sundeck and a fully equipped private indoor cinema. The foredeck holds a touch-and-go helipad, which allows for easy access to and from the yacht.
Down at sea level, an expansive beach club comes equipped with a large swim platform from which to launch watersports or tenders, as well as a massage and steam room to tend to wellness needs.
Twin 1,312hp MAN diesel engines give the yacht for sale a cruising speed of 12 knots, topping out at 17 knots.
Dytan is asking €75,000,000.
