One of my first conversations this morning at the Monaco Yacht Show is with Mario and Luca Pedol of Nauta Yachts, who tell me that the company represented the vendor in the sale of Nautor's 24.89m deck house sloop, Atlantica, with Bill Cannell of Yachting Solutions bringing the buyer to the deal.
Delivered in 2004 and always maintained in excellent condition, she accommodates seven guests in an aft master, one double, a twin and a single. Her exceptional list of extras even boasts an on-board sauna and she was on the market at €3.5 million. Also, Mario says that Atlantica's name has been changed to Clevelander.
