Northrop & Johnson sells Broward motor yacht Escape

2 October 2013 • Written by Malcolm MacLean

Here's the first October sale as Simon Turner at Northrop & Johnson tells me he acted for both buyer and seller on the 30.48m motor yacht Escape.

Built in 2001 and refitted in 2013, Escape offers accommodation for eight guests in four staterooms and has the signature Broward ‘country kitchen’. An oversized flybridge offers excellent amenities for outdoor entertaining and dining while twin 1,400hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 20 knots and a range of 1,000 nautical miles.

Escape was asking $800,000.
