There's another chance to view Christensen's 48m Nice N' Easy as John Cohen of Merle Wood & Associates sends in the news that he's hosting an open house aboard her on Thursday, July 16th. The location is Goat Island Marina at Newport R.I. and the open house runs from 4-7pm. Launched in 2005, to ABS class and MCA compliant, Nice N' Easy sleeps up to 14 guests in six staterooms and is asking $29.9 million.
