The 27.1-metre Posillipo-Rizzardi motor yacht This is Mine has been sold in an in-house sale with Michel Chryssicopoulos of IYC representing both the seller and the buyer. This is Mine has been renamed Seas The Day.
Delivered in 2008 and refitted in 2024, both her hull and superstructure were built with GRP. Her design comes from Carlo Galeazzi while her naval architecture was developed by Rizzardi. She is defined by her contrasting dark hull and white superstructure.
Interiors, penned by Maurizio Loreti, are bright and light, with a pale colour palette, large windows and ample headroom of 2.2 metres. The main saloon comprises the lounge and formal dining area in a space designed for cosy family gatherings.
Accommodation on board is for 10 across four well-appointed cabins, all situated on the lower deck.
The main deck aft offers an al fresco dining area around two sofas and a large table. Meanwhile, the wide swim platform allows guests to easily access the water below.
Up a level, Seas The Day's upper deck features a second helm, a bar and sunpads for relaxation in the fresh air. The upper deck also carries two jet skis and a crane for utility. Additionally, sunpads can be found forward of the wheelhouse.
Power comes from twin MTU diesel engines, giving her a thrilling cruising speed of 25 knots and top speed of 28 knots. Her broker notes that she is in impeccable condition and fully charter-ready.
Seas The Day was last asking €1,590,000.
