More price cut news as John Weller and Bruce Leffers at Northrop & Johnson report a $1,495,000 drop on their listing for sale, the 40 metre Feadship Seagull of Cayman.

Seagull of Cayman is a classic canoe stern yacht built in steel and aluminium by the Dutch De Vries yard to a design by De Voogt Naval Architects and delivered in 1980 with a full refit in 2006. With interior styling by Robin Rose and ABS classed, she accommodates 12 guests in an on-deck master suite and five double staterooms, all with full en suite bathroom facilities.

Outdoors, Seagull of Cayman offers multiple choices for al fresco entertaining and dining including a large covered aft deck and an extensive flybridge sheltered by a Bimini top.

John Weller comments: 'It is obvious she has been blessed with a knowledgeable owner and crew, and has been upgraded with the utmost care and forethought.' Powered by twin 675hp GM engines, she has a range of 3,200 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 13 knots.

Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Seagull of Cayman is down from $4,245,000 to $2,750,000.
