Bob Schutte at Dutchshipyard sends news of a €70,000 price drop on the 37m sailing yacht Eldorado.

Built in 1965 as a fishing boat, she was rebuilt in 2008 from the waterline up to luxury yacht standards by Holland's Metz yard. IMO classified, she is a fast and sturdy cutter and has 15 berths in seven cabins including a spacious master suite. A professional galley serves as many as 36 guests and she has massive storage space including two fridges and two freezers.

Following her 2008 rebuild she is now fitted with state of the art communication and electronic systems, air conditioning throughout and has aluminium masts and six sails, new in 2009. There is a fixed Bimini top over the cockpit, a hot tub on deck and three 20 person life rafts.

Eldorado is now down from €995,000 to €925,000.
