A call to Cromwell Littlejohn at Merle Wood & Associates brings confirmation of a major price reduction on the 47.85m motor yacht Thirteen, a joint listing between Crom and his colleagues, John Cohen and Merle Wood.

Thirteen was built by Christensen in 2006 to ABS class and is MCA compliant. This superyacht's elegant interior by Jacqueline Mann Design accommodates 12 guests in a master, VIP, two doubles and two twin staterooms. With a cruising speed of 14 knots and a range of 4,300 nautical miles at 11 knots, Thirteen has a relatively shallow draft of only 2.36m, enabling her to reach cruising areas in the Bahamas. The new asking price is $31.5 million.
