Jared Neff at Neff Yacht Sales sends word of a $600,000 price drop on his listing for sale, the 42.6m motor yacht Mona Liza.

Built by US superyacht yard Westship to a design by Jack Sarin and formerly named Martha Ann, she was launched in 2001 and refitted in 2012 including a full hull and superstructure repaint with her twin 2,250hp MTU engines serviced. Her main saloon offers a dramatic open space with a sit down bar, flat screen HDTV and generous use of exotic woods, onyx and marble, plus she boasts panoramic views.

Accommodation is for up to 12 guests in five staterooms. A full beam master suite on the main deck has stained glass doors, a private office, king size bed, 42 inch HDTV and a remote controlled entertainment system plus an en suite bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath. The two double and two twin staterooms below feature rich fabrics, custom joinery, entertainment systems and en suite bathrooms.

Al fresco dining is available on all decks including a large aft deck with an expandable table and seating for 10. Additional al fresco dining is found on the yacht’s sumptuous flybridge with its own bar, spa pool and sun loungers. The skylounge features a 50 inch HDTV that appears from a remotely controlled ash and burl cabinet. A home theatre entertainment system and bar complete the club-like atmosphere.

Mona Liza is down from $10.5 million to $9.9 million.
