$3 million price cut to superyacht Nice N' Easy at Merle Wood and IYC
by Malcolm MacLean
John Cohen at Merle Wood & Associates informs me of a $3 million price cut to the 47.9m motor yacht Nice N' Easy, a joint central agency with Mark Elliott at International Yacht Collection.
Nice N' Easy was built by Christensen in 2005. She can accommodate up to 12 guests in a master, VIP, two double and two twin cabins plus two Pullman berths in an interior designed by Carol Williamson. Lift access is available to all decks, and she is helicopter capable. She underwent a major refit in 2009.
Her owner has recently taken delivery of a new yacht and is keen to sell, so has reduced Nice N' Easy's asking price to $24.9 million, down from $27.9 million. She will be on display at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show.
