Jeroen van der Vliet at Van der Vliet Quality Yachts asks me to announce a €100,000 price cut on his central listing for sale, a 26m Cammenga motor yacht.

She was built in 1970 as one of the Dutch yard’s popular Pacific 85 series to a design by De Vries Lentsch, and was last refitted in 2006. She is one of six Pacific 85 models built by the now-defunct Cammenga yard. Accommodation is for six guests in three staterooms and a single 400hp Caterpillar engine gives her a range of 2,200 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 10 knots.

Says van der Vliet, 'Her volume and practical layout make her an ideal family yacht to cruise in style and elegance.'

Lying in Spain, the Pacific 85 is now asking €795,000.
