Price reduced on 50m berth in Cap d’Ail

Richard Earp at Fraser Yachts in Monaco sends word of a €250,000 reduction in price on the prime 50m x 10m berth for sale in Cap d'Ail, with the owner extremely keen to sell.

Berth number 6 is in an outstanding location near Monaco, and the lease extends to the end of 2027. The asking price is now €4,250,000.
