Bill Thiem at Engel & Volkers tells me there's been a price reduction on the 43.5m sailing yacht Mephisto in order to attract serious interest.
A gaff rigged schooner, Mephisto was built by the Vace yard in 2002 and refitted in 2007. Accommodation is for 12 guests in five well-appointed staterooms and a 1000hp MAN engine gives her a cruising speed of 12 knots.
Available to view in the South of France, Mephisto is now down from €2.45 million to €1.88 million.
