Ajilati
On July 8th 2010 I reported that Tom George of Tom George Yacht Group had signed the 28.6m motor yacht Ajilati for sale and now Tom tells me she's had a $300,000 price cut.
Built in 2003 by Hargrave as a raised pilothouse superyacht, she sleeps eight guests in four staterooms and features a fully enclosed skylounge with a hot tub aft. Currently being transported from Seattle, she's due to arrive in Fort Lauderdale on September 15th and will be available to view at Pier 66. On display at the Las Olas site during FLIBS, she'll return to Pier 66 after the show. The new asking price is $3.295 million with all trades considered, including Florida real estate.
