The 24.6-metre Cheoy Lee motor yacht Jus Chill’n has been sold, with Russ Shafer of Denison Yachting representing the seller and John Slate of Northrop & Johnson introducing the buyer.
Built in GRP by the Chinese yard to a design by Michael G Burnevich, Jus Chill’n was delivered in 2012 as a Bravo 84 enclosed flybridge model. Sylvia Bolton designed a welcoming interior, which accommodates six guests in three cabins, consisting of two full-beam king berths and one VIP queen berth. The crew quarters are located aft with one stateroom for two and a crew lounge.
Jus Chillin's most notable features include a country kitchen, a factory-built cockpit with a stowed davit, a TNT lift, wide walkaround side decks, a high-volume interior and an enclosed, air-conditioned flybridge.
Twin 1,600hp Caterpillar diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 20 knots, topping out at 24 knots.
Jus Chill’n was asking $1,949,000.
