A call to Tom Walden at Ocean Independence confirms a significant €750,000 price cut to the 42.7m motor yacht Element, a joint listing with his colleague Nick Dean.
Built by Cantieri di Pisa in 2002, this superyacht has been meticulously maintained since new. ABS classed and MCA compliant, she accommodates 12 guests in a master, VIP, two double and two twin cabins. Available to view at next week's Monaco Yacht Show, Element has come down from €12.5 million to €11.75 million.
