A new central agency has been announced on the 53-metre Sanlorenzo motor yacht Alulim, now listed for sale with Jeremy Comport and Jack Gradus of Ocean Independence.
Built by the Italian shipyard and delivered in 2018, the extended Steel52 series features an exterior design by Officina Italiana Design and interiors from the drawing boards of Tiziana Vercellesi. She was a finalist at the BOAT International Design & Innovation Awards in 2019 and has been privately used by one owner since new.
Alulim's interior features leather, parquet, marble, silk wallpaper, ebony veneers, mother-of-pearl inlays and crystal handles throughout the guest areas, complemented by loose furniture from Fendi, including sofas, chairs and cushions in both the interior and exterior. A large main saloon blends lounging areas and dining in one expansive layout, creating a central hub on board.
She accommodates up to 12 guests in six cabins. The windows in the main deck owner’s suite have been customised to open, allowing fresh air and gentle noises from the surrounding natural environment in.
The remaining four guest cabins are located on the lower deck, comprising two spacious VIPs and two doubles with Pullman berths which can also be configured as twins. Meanwhile, there are quarters for a crew of 11 in five cabins.
An upper saloon provides a more intimate lounging space on board, with double doors that open onto an al fresco dining area, shaded under the overhang. Forward, the foredeck is host to a large built-in banquette, offering a relaxed al fresco dining area that benefits from uninterrupted views of the sea ahead.
Meanwhile, up top, on the sundeck, there is a spa pool with a bar and grill amidships and plenty of seating and tables for al fresco dining. At night, the deck can be transformed into a party zone with lights, a smoke machine and additional speakers.
A glass-bottomed swimming pool, with sunpads on either side, is the highlight of Alulim's aft deck, providing a space for guests to unwind and cool off, while illuminating the spacious beach club below with natural light.
Twin fold-down platforms and a large swim platform expand the beach club area out over the water, complete with freestanding furniture and a bar area. The deck space can also be extended outwards with inflatable platforms, or guests can enjoy the large gymnasium with Technogym equipment forward.
The 499GT yacht for sale has completed her five-year ABS class survey and benefits from refit work in 2023. Alulim has a top speed of 18 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots under twin MTU diesel engines, with a cruising range of 4,000 nautical miles. She also features a drive-in, floodable garage for her 7.5-metre limousine tender.
Alulim is asking €29,500,000.
