A call to Elena Canepa at Southern Wind - Pegaso brings confirmation that the owner of the 23.95m sailing yacht Southern Star has authorised a price reduction, while still pressing ahead with a cosmetic refit. He's also waiting to take delivery of a new Quantum carbon Fusion M racing mainsail and genoa.

Southern Star was built by Southern Wind Shipyard in 2004 to a Reichel-Pugh design. Her interior, by Nauta Design, accommodates six guests in a master and two twin cabins. With a cruising speed of 10 knots, this superyacht has a range of 1,600 nautical miles and is now asking €3.25 million.
