Jane Hardy at Peter Insull’s Yacht Marketing reports a €400,000 price cut on their listing for sale, a 45x10m berth in Port Camille Rayon, Golfe Juan, France.
Seasoned sailors will know that Golfe Juan lies midway between Cannes and Antibes on the Côte d’Azur with views across the bay to the Cap d’Antibes and the islands off Cannes. Golfe Juan is one of the few marinas in the south of France which has a good choice of restaurants within the port itself and for those who love to party, the vibrant night life of Juan-les-Pins is only a few minutes away by car. Located on the ‘Capitanerie’ quay, this is one of the most protected berths in the port with the added advantage of being in a pedestrian area with no passing traffic.
The asking price of the berth, which has a lease until July 2024, is down from €3,350,000 to €2,950,000 (+5.09 per cent tax).
