Henry Schonthal at Reel Deal Yachts tells me he's found a buyer for the 27 metre motor yacht That's Amore, listed for sale by his colleague Marcos Morjain, in an in-house deal.

Built by Italian yard Arno in composite, That's Amore was designed by Paolo Caliari and delivered in 2001 as one of the yard's Leopard 27m series. That's Amore sleeps up to 10 guests in a master suite, double stateroom and two twin cabins, each with a Pullman berth. All staterooms have full en suite facilities. The interior was designed by renowned Italian designer Erna Corbetta in satin-varnished light oak.

She has a spacious open aft deck for al fresco entertaining and dining, with access to the swim platform for water sport activities. There are also sun pads and cushions on the foredeck, ideal for relaxing in privacy while at anchor.

Not only is she sleekly good looking but, like all Leopard motor yachts, she was built for speed with twin 1,800hp MTU engines connected to Arneson surface drives powering her to a top speed of 40 knots. She has a well equipped helm station with state of the art navigation and a sizeable garage aft for tender storage.

That's Amore was asking $950,000.
