RJC Yachts sells superyacht Claire with Merle Wood

15 November 2011 • Written by Malcolm MacLean

Here’s another coup for RJC Yachts as Raymond Young closed today on the sale of the 34.77m cockpit motor yacht Claire, the personal yacht of Merle Wood at Merle Wood & Associates who had her listed for sale with John Cohen and Rick Aurit.

Built in 1997 by Broward, Claire has a four stateroom layout for eight guests, full walk-around decks along with a large flybridge, aft deck and cockpit. Powered by DDEC 16V92 engines, she cruises comfortably at 18 knots.

The sale marks the fourth time RJC Yachts has handled the sale of this yacht, including her new build construction, originally named C Venture. RJC will represent the vessel for charter under her new name, Salacia.

Claire was asking $3.495 million.
