63m Rossinavi motor yacht Utopia IV receives further $4.1M price drop

23 May 2025 • Written by Emily Dawkins

The 62.8-metre motor yacht Utopia IV  has received a further $4,100,000 price drop to her sales listing with Lon McCloskey and Josh Gulbranson of Fraser. This major price reduction now amounts the total deductions to her sales listing to $11,600,000 since she first entered the market in June 2021, according to data from BOATPro.

Delivered in 2018 by Italian yard Rossinavi, Utopia IV was constructed in aluminium to a complete design by Team For Design - Enrico Gobbi. It was her "sleek and modern lines, understated design and well-conceived general arrangement plan", as summarised by the judges, that saw her take home a Neptune at the 2019 World Superyacht Awards.

Accommodation on board is for up to 12 guests split across six en suite cabins. A forward-facing owner's suite demands attention, fitted with a glass-enclosed Jacuzzi bath, a private office and a private balcony, all while being complemented by 180-degree panoramic views thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows.

In terms of guest accommodation, there are two VIP suites on the main deck and two double cabins and one twin on the lower deck, all easily accessible via a full-service lift that connects each of the decks. Meanwhile, the crew quarters are suitable for up to 13.

Utopia IV's interior design is contemporary yet understated, presenting a serene and refined atmosphere on board thanks to a muted colour palette with dark wood accents and tones of grey and blue. With an interior volume of 986GT, there is ample space throughout the living areas, accented by an extensive amount of glazing across her elongated profile.

On the main deck, she offers a spacious main saloon with a bar and comfortable sofa space, a formal dining area for 12 and a children's playroom, ensuring something for all of the family.

This theme continues outside, with an expansive beach club and fold-down transom adding 754 square feet of swim platform space to a stylish relaxation area equipped with a full bar. The aft deck glass-bottomed pool overhead also adds to the ambience, filtering light into the space.

Up top, the sundeck is host to sun loungers and a barbecue, while the bridge deck offers an alfresco dining area, lounge space, and an open-air cinema.

Utopia IV  last underwent refit works in 2022, with works including a full paint job and service of all major machinery, including engines, jet drives and generators.

Her broker noted that Utopia IV represents "a rare combination of performance, luxury and style", offered for sale as a "standout choice for those seeking a prestigious, late-model sport yacht without the long wait for a new build".

Power to the RINA-classed yacht for sale comes from four 2,640hp MTU engines and Rolls-Royce hydro jets, translating into an impressive top speed of 25 knots, cruising speed in excess of 20 knots and a range of 3,300 nautical miles. Key specs include a 10.1-metre beam and a draught of two metres.

Utopia IV is now asking $39,900,000 with US duty paid. She is currently lying in Miami, Florida.
