A 44.5-metre Sanlorenzo Alloy 44 new build has been sold by Nick Gelevert Lengers of Lengers Yachts.
The aluminium fast displacement motor yacht is under construction in Italy at Sanlorenzo, for an experienced German buyer, with delivery scheduled in 2025.
She will accommodate up to ten guests in five cabins with additional quarters for nine crew members. Her owner is giving much input to the project, drawing on his extensive knowledge.
The Sanlorenzo Alloy 44 model is quite special in that it offers an owner's suite of 147 square metres, inside and out, over three decks, including a private pool.
The vessel will be powered by twin 2,600hp MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines, giving a top speed of 21 knots.
The price has not been disclosed.
