A new central agency has been announced on the 29.1-metre Sanlorenzo motor yacht Calm (ex Penta), now listed for sale with Jan Jaap Minnema and Quentin Bourgeois of Fraser.
Calm was delivered in 2016 from Sanlorenzo's SL96 series, constructed to the yard's in-house naval architecture, exteriors designed by Francesco Paszkowski and interiors owed to Italian designer, Laura Sessa. According to her brokers, she is in "turnkey condition".
Accommodating up to nine guests across four cabins, the motor yacht has plenty of space for entertaining. The layout includes a master cabin on the main deck, which features a forward-facing bed, complemented by a large wardrobe and an en suite. Below, the lower deck houses a forward full-beam VIP, one double cabin and one twin, offering a well-balanced accommodation set-up. She can also accommodate up to four crew members.
The main deck offers a dark wood saloon with a sofa and several armchairs for guests to lounge on. In the same space, there is a formal dining table that can be folded in two to optimise space.
Aft, the main deck is characterised by a shaded al fresco dining area (from the sundeck above) that seats all guests on board, with an inbuilt sofa for lounging when not dining.
Upstairs, the sundeck offers a second al fresco dining space behind the control centre that can be shaded if preferred. There is more lounging space aft, with coffee tables and armchairs accompanying the large sunpad sofa.
The bow features another plush furnishing area, with a built-in sofa and coffee table. With uninterrupted views of the sea, this is the ideal area for a more private space for sunbathing or sundowners.
The yacht for sale's twin MTU engines allow for impressive speeds of 25 knots when cruising and top speeds of 28 knots.
Currently located in Antibes, France, Calm is asking €5,000,000 (VAT paid).
