35m superyacht berth in Antibes for sale with CSO Yachts

Claude Niek at CSO Yachts sends an email to say that he has a sought-after 35m berth in Antibes for sale.

Located between the port's Capitainerie and the arch into the old town, the lease runs until the end of 2021 and the asking price of €1.92 million includes a 5% commission to the selling broker.
