Jim Acher tells me that he's now moved from Ocean Independence to head up the new charter and purchase division in the Palma office of bluewater.
Jim originally worked in the financial services industry within equity sales. He joined the yachting industry as a captain based in the Caribbean for a number of years before moving ashore in 2006 with Ocean Independence Palma. Now looking for a new challenge and to further develop his career, Jim has joined bluewater effective immediately.
Says Jim, ‘It is a fantastic opportunity to develop sales and charter operations for bluewater Palma, working alongside the already successful crew training and crew placement divisions’.
