Here's another new listing I've been chasing for a while now as Justin Onofrietti at Denison Yacht Sales confirms he has the 24.4m express open motor yacht Concordia for sale.
Built by Denison in 1998, she's currently having an extensive refit in Hong Kong and her sale price includes finishing the yacht to her new owner's taste. The twin Deutz diesel engines and generators have been removed and overhauled while the interior has been completely redone in teak and neutral fabrics. A new owner still has the choice of soft goods, appliances and exterior Awlgrip paint.
Accommodation is for up to six guests in two staterooms and her total engine output of 1982hp brings speeds of up to 50mph.
Available to view in Hong Kong, Concordia is asking $1.39 million.
