A delighted Bob McKeage at International Yacht Collection calls me to say that he closed on the sale of the 41m sailing yacht Destination Fox Harb'r today, a joint central listing with Dubois Yachts and Ann Avery at Northrop and Johnson.

Destination Fox Harb'r is an ABS classed superyacht built in aluminium in 1992 by Alloy Yachts, to a design by Ed Dubois. Refitted in 2008, she can accommodate up to eight guests in one master, two doubles and one twin cabin. This fast cruising sloop has a range of 3,500 nautical miles at 10 knots, and a maximum speed of 13 knots, provided by an 800hp Caterpillar diesel engine. The asking price was €11.5 million and Bob says that the new owner has yet to decide on a new name for her.
