I call David Legrand at Fraser Yachts to congratulate him on acting for the buyer in yesterday's sale of the 43.28m motor yacht Devotion and he remarks that it was a complex transaction as the buyer doesn't speak a word of English. He speculates that the yacht may be renamed 'Lost in Translation'. Kevin Merrigan and Gregg Morton at Northrop and Johnson were joint listing agents.

Devotion was built by Nishii Zosen in 1985 and refitted in 1991, 2001 and 2008. ABS classed, this superyacht accommodates 12 guests in a master, four doubles and a twin cabin and cruises at 12.5 knots. Her asking price was $6.75 million.
