Superyacht Eclipse now for sale at Ocean Independence
by Malcolm MacLean
Phil Pollak at Ocean Independence calls from New Zealand to say that, following a major $3 million refit, the 32.6m sailing yacht Eclipse is now back on the market in a joint listing with Nicholas Dean.
Cutter-rigged, Eclipse was built by Alloy Yachts in 1991 to ABS class. Accommodating six guests in three staterooms, this superyacht's refit included having her entire rig replaced. The interior and electronics systems were also upgraded and she has a new set of Doyle "Stratis" sails. Eclipse is now in as-new condition. Phil says she'll be leaving New Zealand soon and will be based in Tahiti, asking €5.5 million.
