Mizar
Marc Haendle at Ocean Independence in Mallorca tells me he's now signed a joint central agency for sale, with Hans-Ulrich Heisler at Fine Yachts, of the 26.5m motor yacht Mizar.
Built by Cantieri di Pisa in cold-moulded wood in 1991, this superyacht was last refitted in 2010. With a spacious saloon and large open sundeck, she's been a popular charter yacht and boasts that all-important Spanish charter licence. Her clean, modern minimalist interior sleeps eight guests in two double and two twin cabins, while twin 1900hp MTU engines give her a maximum speed of 25 knots. Mizar is asking €690,000.
