Superyacht Pegasus II sold by Denison & Daves and YPI

5 July 2011 • Written by Malcolm MacLean

Here's a sale I've been following for a while as a call to Ken Denison at Denison & Daves brings news that he's closed the deal on Oceanco's 60m motor yacht Pegasus II with Matt Albert at Yachting Partners International acting for the buyer.

Built in 2004, Pegasus II offers six suites for twelve guests, while the pool/spa, gym, theater/bar, two alfresco dining areas plus formal dining were all recently updated in 2009. Sunning and alfresco dining spaces have been added, and there's a large main saloon with piano plus the magnificent skylounge/bar which can be converted into a surround sound cinema with a 100” HD screen. Pegasus II is as functional as she is exquisite and her advanced stabilizers ensure stable conditions both under way and at anchor. Pegasus II was asking $65 million.
