Patrick Coote at Fraser Yachts calls with the remarkable news that the brokers in the Palma office have closed on three sales in 24 hours.
Firstly, as reported here earlier, Jurgen Koch acted for the buyer in the sale of Benetti's 52m Quantum of Solace. Then Giulio Riggio represented the vendor in the sale of the 30.48m motor yacht Little Sarah, built by DeBirs in 2008 and asking €3.5 million, with Harry Peralta at Engel & Volkers bringing the buyer.
And to make it a hat trick, Thorsten Giesbert acted for the seller as he closed on Mangusta's 25.07m Peleu K, built in 2006 and asking €1.8 million, with the buyer coming from Rino Di Maggio at Self Concept. So the question I ask myself is: what do these men put in their coffee and could I have some please?
