Tom Lilley at Edmiston & Company sends details of two very different entrants to the brokerage market with Tomaso Polli in London.
The first is the 32m motor yacht Mastiff, built by Appledore Shipbuilders in 1967 as a deep sea tug and recently converted into a luxury superyacht. Sleeping nine guests in five cabins, she cruises at 10.5 knots and is asking €4.95 million.
Then there's the 49.9m motor yacht Mar, built by Ortona Navi in 2008 to a design by Progetti & Associati. Mar accommodates 12 guests in six staterooms and her twin 1575hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 12 knots and a range of 3,800 nautical miles. The asking price is €19.8 million.
