Matt Albert, Sales and New Construction broker at Yachting Partners International is certainly keeping busy as news arrives that he's signed two Dutch-built sailing yachts for sale, the regatta-winning 46m Windrose and the brand new 40.75m Valquest.

Windrose was delivered by Holland Jachtbouw in 2001 and refitted in 2007. This superyacht has a spacious main saloon with seating and dining, a large pilothouse saloon, a roomy divided cockpit and a conveniently sheltered deckhouse. Accommodation is for eight guests in a master suite, two equally-sized twin-bedded cabins, one bunk-bedded cabin and two Pullman berths - all with en-suite shower rooms. Windrose is asking €9.75 million.

Valquest was launched in late 2009 by Bloemsma Van Breemen and has never been used. Lloyds classed and MCA compliant this superyacht is equipped with dual head stays, a rollaway boom with captive winches enabling all sail handling systems and hydraulically operated running backstays.

The interior features modern design with a high quality mahogany and white leather finish throughout. The layout comprises a large master stateroom and three further guest suites aft. A very large split level saloon provides a focal point for the living space, while forward and completely separate from the guest areas, six crew members are provided for in three generous cabins. The asking price for Valquest is €17.5 million.
