The 25.08 metre sailing yacht Berenice has been sold with Giorgio Passarella at Nautor’s Swan Brokerage acting for the buyer and seller.
Designed by German Frers, Berenice was built in carbon composite by Finnish yard Nautor’s Swan and delivered in 2010 as the first in the yard’s upgraded Swan 80 series with a thorough refit in 2014. Her interior in waxed and oiled teak accommodates up to seven guests in three en-suite double cabins, all with Samsung television LCD television screens, and there are a further two cabins for four crew.
In the saloon there are four-person settees on both sides with a flush drinks cabinet to port and a pop-up 40-inch LED Samsung television screen to starboard. Also to port is a dining table with seating for eight guests.
Up on deck, the centre cockpit with comfortable cushions is designed for guests to enjoy the balmy airs, while the aft cockpit is where the serious sailing action takes place. On the technical side, she has Harken deck hardware, a fully hydraulic sailing system and Brookes & Gatehouse navigation instruments. Under power a single 190hp Steyr diesel engine gives her a cruising speed of 10 knots.
Berenice was asking €4,100,000.
