Italian superyacht builder Tankoa Yachts has confirmed the sale of the first 58 metre T580 superyacht.
Due for delivery in April 2024, the yacht was sold in collaboration with Giancarlo Mussino, managing director of Sinos S.A., which introduced the buyer and will represent the client during construction.
Construction on the yacht, which is described as a “worldwide explorer”, will get underway in July 2021.
The T580 will have a range of 5,000 nautical miles and features a “sporty exterior” penned by Francesco Paszkowski. The interiors meanwhile have been designed by Paszkowski in collaboration with Margherita Casprini.
Other features include a helideck at the bow, accommodation for 12 guests across six cabins and a large beach club with folding sides, which transform the beach club into a “private island” on the water. The garage will be large enough to hold two tenders, including a nine-metre limo.
It comes after the 72 metre Tankoa-built superyacht Solo was sold earlier this month. In July last year, the yard revealed the T450 superyacht concept, its first superyacht model below 50 metres.
